How do I find my Google review URL?

Open Google Maps, find the business, go to the Reviews section, click on the specific review you want to use, then click the share button and copy the link.

Why is there a watermark on my video?

All preview videos include a watermark. To download a clean, watermark-free version, you need to purchase the video. Subscribe for $30/mo to get 10 video downloads per month, or buy any individual video for $5.

Can I edit my video after generating it?

Currently, each generation is final. If you need changes, you can create a new reel with different settings. We're working on an edit feature for future updates.

What payment methods do you accept?

We process payments through Polar.sh, which accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, and other popular payment methods.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the digital nature of our product, we generally don't offer refunds after download. However, if you experience technical issues, please contact us and we'll help resolve the problem.

Do I own the videos I create?

Yes! Once you purchase a reel, you have full commercial rights to use it in your marketing, social media, and advertising.
